The story in short

Talix unveiled a 20,000 mAh power bank capable of 190 W USB‑C output on 13 Oct 2026, and Xiaomi introduced a similar‑capacity unit with a built‑in cable and 67 W charging.

A new high‑capacity power bank from Talix arrived on 13 October 2026, promising up to 190 W of USB‑C output, while Xiaomi also rolled out its own 20,000 mAh unit with an integrated cable.

What we know

According to IGN, the Talix device is “TSA‑approved” and features a 20,000 mAh cell capable of delivering 140 W to 190 W depending on the model, fast‑charging the most powerful handheld gaming PCs and the latest 2026 Apple MacBook Pro 16″ M5. The same outlet notes that it can also power the ASUS ROG Ally X and the ROG Xbox Ally X20. Notebookcheck confirms Xiaomi’s new power bank also holds 20,000 mAh, provides up to 67 W charging, and includes a built‑in USB‑C cable plus two additional USB ports.

Why it matters for gamers

Portable power has become a bottleneck for high‑performance handhelds. Devices such as the ASUS ROG Ally X and the Xbox‑compatible ROG Xbox Ally demand more than 100 W to sustain peak performance, especially when paired with demanding titles. A 190 W source means gamers can recharge from 0 % to 80 % in under an hour, extending play sessions without hunting for an outlet. The integrated‑cable design of Xiaomi’s model reduces cable clutter, a small but welcome convenience for on‑the‑go setups.

What to do now

If you own a handheld from our best Gaming Handhelds list or a high‑end laptop from the best Gaming Laptops guide, check the power requirements and match them to the Talix’s 190 W USB‑C output or Xiaomi’s 67 W port.
