Can I run The Council?

Which PC runs The Council?

To play it you need at least a GeForce GTX 750 Ti class graphics card, an AMD FX-8350 class processor and 4 GB of RAM. For the recommended (high) settings: a GeForce GTX 960 or faster, an Intel Core i5-4460 class processor and 8 GB of RAM.
